The project starts back in 2017 when we were selling a small plot of land around 1 acre. Slowly but surely, we land assembled to an equivalent of 5.5 acres. We managed to overcome both the legal hurdles and go past the covid outbreak and get the deal done. Pleased to announce the deal has been exchanged on and planning has been successfully granted as of July 2021.
