JEREMY LAU - MANAGING PARTNER

Jeremy is a Managing partner and senior director across Zenith Guild Group and has 7 years experience across the property industry, he is also a principal of Honour Group that invests in property and venture capital. A seasoned entrepreneur he has quickly become a prolific force having concluded residential and commercial deals in excess of £300m GDV. A strong analytical mind with an eye to spot opportunities and successfully execute them.

ANGUS MCCURDIE - HEAD OF STRATEGY

Angus heads up our Group Strategy. He has come from a corporate strategy and M&A background working with the largest Hedge Fund services company Citco. This involved being on both the buy-side & sell-side of the transaction, which ranged in size from £30m to £1.5bn. As well as strategy, Angus has successfully launched his own startup, Happy Joe. This has enabled a unique insight into the Venture Capital world, experiencing what it is like from both sides of the table.
