Expansion into the USA. Venture Capital Company setup in the UK 2017. Zenith Group Americas Inc focused on Real Estate and Venture Capital based in Miami, United States.

PASH Global is backed by Trafigura, the Swiss multinational commodity trading firm, second largest commodity firm globally.
This investment aligns to Zenith’s target to increase our portfolio of Renewable Energy projects to 1GW by the end of 2025. We are targeting utility scale, commercial and industrial, distributed renewable energy projects across LATAM, EMEA, Asia and African regions.

Our Group CEO attended the third African Family Office Wealth Summit in Rabat Morocco 25-28th May and spoke on real estate, renewable energy and venture capital and our group’s activities globally. Zenith Guild were amongst a number of other regional Family Offices, entrepreneurs, businesses, mining companies, large real estate companies, energy companies and senior decision makers and government representatives present.
Industries covered were energy, real estate, private equity, mining and venture capital.

Our Group launches our commodities subsidiary Zenith GRP Solutions which will be specialising in the exportation and local supply of agro-commodities and physical commodities from Nigeria to markets worldwide.
