Holding company to expand on a diversified set of African Interests in the continent from our headquarters in Nigeria founded in 2015. Our real estate division within our African operations is focused on the development and investment of commercial and residential real estate within Nigeria: Lagos, Abuja and Kano.
Zenith Group Americas Real Estate
Our American company was setup in 2017 and is focused on Investment and Development of Residential and Commercial Real Estate in Miami, New York, Boston and California are the main areas of focus with select activity in different cities that can be opportunistic. Focus is on multifamily housing, commercial investment and development projects. Actively developing and investing in projects ourselves and sell them on for profit or retaining them for income purposes.
